Every weekend this July we are offering a selection of free health and wellbeing activities that are accessible to everyone!

Want to push back on boozy weekends? Join our Weekend Workouts and start your week right!

Registration instructions:

  1. Select the class you want to join from the list below and follow the link to book.
  2. Select the ‘Weekend Workouts’ $0.00 session and book yourself in.
  3. Be sure to arrive 15min prior to the class starting so you can get settled in and set up.
  4. If you can no longer attend the session, please make sure you cancel your spot ahead of time.

If you’re interested in having your own workout or swim, you can do that too!

Every Sunday between 9:00am – 12:00pm we’ll be offering up free access to our facilities. No need to book in, just head in sign in at reception for your Weekend Workout!
