Group Fitness

To secure your spot in one of our group fitness classes please book online using the online booking system Bookings can be made 7 days in advance.

Please note: Walk-ins are accepted however cannot be guaranteed if classes are full.

We offer over 110 classes throughout the week, in studios, water and outdoors. Members and non-members are welcome to participate in Group Fitness classes.
