We have partnered with healthAbility to bring our members a series of free, engaging workshops to explore practical strategies and tips for a healthy lifestyle.

These sessions are an hour long, with presentations, live demonstrations and time for discussion at the end.

Don’t forget to check back regularly as the full schedule of workshops will be updated in the coming months.

The first seminar topic in this series is about hydration and how it helps improve your health and wellbeing.

Staying well hydrated – staying healthy

Staying well hydrated can help support physical performance, prevent headaches and constipation and much more! It’s one of the best things you can do for your overall health.

How much water is recommended? Does tea and coffee count towards hydration? How does alcohol impact our health?

Come along to hear from Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Madie Xing from healthAbility discuss this important topic and gather some practical ideas to help you with your hydration.

Date: Wednesday 11 September

Time: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Location: Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre
