Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing your attention to the present moment. Practising the art of mindfulness, or meditation, has the ability to improve levels of depression, anxiety, obesity, stress, happiness and fatigue.
Join us for one of our FREE Full Moon Meditations, held on the first Friday of every month at 7.15pm.
These 45 minute guided meditation sessions are run by an experienced facilitator and are designed for both beginners and people wishing to extend their existing practice.
Bookings are essential, please fill out the form on this page to secure your place. Participants should wear warm, comfortable clothes. Children under the age of 12 require parent or guardian supervision. Yoga mats are provided but participants are welcome to bring their own.
